Our experience here was such great. The hotel was good small and nicely decorated, with marvellous location in the mountain. The staff was exceptionally kind, hospitable all the time. Location: the property was close to the coffee shop and museums, walks and restaurants and the Rose parade. Besides, just a few minutes from a national museum...

Our stay at Family Hotel Pak Tam was fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even changing our beds to separate ones within 20 minutes of our request. The hotel's location in the center of town made it a perfect base for exploring the nearby Central Balkan National Park.

The morning light was quite bright in our room due to the white curtains, so it would be great if they were replaced with darker ones or had blinds attached.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming family hotel in a central location. the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently located near an open market, which I absolutely loved exploring. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. the room I stayed in was clean, modern, and had beautiful big windows with a stunning view of the mountains.

That there was no breakfast available, but there was a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor where you can purchase some snacks and sweets.
