Our experience here was such great. The hotel was good small and nicely decorated, with marvellous location in the mountain. The staff was exceptionally kind, hospitable all the time. Location: the property was close to the coffee shop and museums, walks and restaurants and the Rose parade. Besides, just a few minutes from a national museum...

Our stay at Family Hotel Pak Tam was fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even changing our beds to separate ones within 20 minutes of our request. The hotel's location in the center of town made it a perfect base for exploring the nearby Central Balkan National Park.
The morning light was quite bright in our room due to the white curtains, so it would be great if they were replaced with darker ones or had blinds attached.

That there was no breakfast available, but there was a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor where you can purchase some snacks and sweets.

Great location, close to many shops and other attractions. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and ready to help with any questions. I also appreciated the small fridge in the room - it was helpful to keep drinks cold.
The hardest part for me was finding the entrance to the hotel, as there was no clear sign. The wifi connection was poor and we had to reset the password multiple times.

Our recent stay at a hotel near the open market was fantastic. the location was perfect for exploring the city center and dining at nearby restaurants. the open market was a favorite of ours, with a variety of fresh produce and local crafts. Our room was tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable.
The room itself had thin curtains that let in too much light in the morning.
